Olive to sue T-Mobile and churn former customers

Business-to-business dealer Olive says it's going to sue T-Mobile for £1.44 million and will also spend £1 million on churning 10,000 of its customers to rival networks. (We mentioned its dispute with T-Mobile in our 18th June podcast). It's currently raising the £1m cash from a private investor and reckons it'll churn about 50% of its former T-Mobile customer base.
